Reporting a calculation or content issue
To help us reproduce and verify the issue, include the tool or page name, full inputs, expected result, actual result, device or browser, and a relevant official Hong Kong source. Redact personal information from screenshots.
Official data updates
If legislation, tax rates, fees, contribution limits or a government programme has changed, include the publishing authority, official link, effective date and affected tool. We prioritise information that may affect statutory entitlements, tax or significant financial decisions.
New tools and improvements
Explain the Hong Kong-specific problem, intended users, required inputs and expected outputs. Include an official calculation method or source if available. A suggestion does not create an obligation to develop or adopt it.
Do not send sensitive data
Do not send Hong Kong identity card numbers, dates of birth, home addresses, bank or card details, login credentials, tax files, complete payslips, policy numbers or other sensitive information. HK FinBox does not need this information to investigate an ordinary site issue.
Responses and service scope
Messages are prioritised by impact, but we cannot guarantee an individual response or completion time. HK FinBox does not provide urgent support, personalised financial advice, product recommendations, tax filing, legal advice or account services. Contact the relevant institution directly for a bank transaction, fraud, employment dispute or government application.
