Acceptance
If you do not agree to these terms, stop using the site. When using HK FinBox, you must also follow the laws and rules that apply in Hong Kong and where you are located.
General information only
The site, articles, data, formulas and calculator results are for general education and reference only. They are not investment, financial, credit, insurance, tax, accounting or legal advice. Using a calculator does not create a professional adviser relationship.
Results and your responsibility
Results depend on your inputs, stated assumptions, rounding and source dates. You are responsible for checking inputs, reading explanations, consulting current official information and obtaining appropriate professional advice before an important borrowing, investment, property, tax, employment or retirement decision. No result guarantees approval, returns, entitlement or savings.
Accuracy and timeliness
We aim to provide reasonable, transparent and verifiable content, but laws, tax rates, fees, product terms and market data can change at any time. We do not warrant that the site is complete, error-free, fit for a particular purpose or always current. Where current information from an authority or provider differs, that official or provider information takes priority.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the tools normally for personal, non-commercial purposes and share links to the site. Without written permission, you must not copy at scale, republish, sell or impersonate the content. We do not control third-party content, availability, privacy, pricing or services. Transactions and disputes between you and a third party are the responsibility of those parties.

We may update these terms and change the latest date on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. For a material change, we may provide a site notice where reasonably practicable.
Governing law and severability
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to exercise a right is not a waiver of that right.
